Hilary has a passion for improving outcomes in the community, and believes local government can play a leading role in securing a safe and equitable future for its residents. She believes in the transformative power of data to measure, communicate and improve community outcomes. Hilary is project manager for the City of Dayton's performance management program and administrates the Dayton Survey, an annual survey of nearly 10,000 city households. Hilary's research focus is program performance, utilizing public polling, statistical and econometric modeling, Lean Six Sigma principles and financial analytics.

Hilary is from Grand Rapids, Michigan and is a graduate of the University of Dayton. She enjoys baking, renovating old houses and spending time with her husband and 2-year old daughter.
